About Noah's Ark

Noah's Ark Dog Sanctuary is a rescue centre based in Mellieha. Our dedicated team of volunteers works tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs who have been abandoned, mistreated, or brought in due to changes in their owners' circumstances.

Most of our dogs are strays rescued from the streets of Malta, or surrendered by loving owners who can no longer care for them. Every dog in our care receives proper veterinary treatment, food, shelter, and most importantly — love and patience as they learn to trust again.

We are a small team that relies entirely on donations and volunteers. Every euro donated and every hour given goes directly toward giving these animals a better life.

She needs an experienced, committed person who is willing to invest time, patience, and proper training to help her feel safe and understood. With the right person, anything is possible — but for now, she remains under our care , as permanent resident, unless that perfect match comes along. 🐾

She can be a little more fearful around men, so patience and a gentle approach are especially important. 🏡 Her Journey Bailey is still so young and deserves the chance to leave shelter life behind and discover what it means to feel safe, loved and truly at home. 📝 What You Need to Know Bailey would do best as the only pet in the home, with a calm and patient family who won’t rush her. Give her the time she needs, and you’ll find an incredibly sweet and affectionate girl waiting to love you. 🐾❤️

He’s also a big cuddle lover who just wants to be close and feel safe. 🏡 Ideal Home He would do best as the only dog in the home, with a patient and loving owner who can give him the care and comfort he’s never experienced. A home where he can enjoy daily walks, affection, and a peaceful environment would be perfect. 📝 What You Need to Know He has never known a true loving home — no soft bed, no gentle touch, no real sense of belonging. Despite this, he is full of love and ready to learn what comfort and care truly mean with the right person by his side. 🐾
